This week we discussed the following topics:
1) What is Courage zone and what is Comfort zone.
2) Which zone we should be in? We need to set the routine of habits first to manage the time properly. We also need to take calculated risks or open to new ideas or developing new good habits.
3) The activities that steal out time. They are called “Time Thieves” We need to identify the activities that are neither important nor urgent and delegate them to someone or delete them from our list of things to do.
